Modeling of changes in the cerebral cortex under low radiation exposure

The aim of the investigation was to reveal changes in neurons cerebral cortex depending on dose γ-irradiation, rate exposure, mode exposure (acute and chronic) establish priority each influencing factors (γ-irradiation, recovery time their joint impact) end result. Material methods . experiment, compliance with rules bioethics, carried out 300 adult white rats that were exposed acute chronic γ-irradiation total doses from 10 100 cGy a 50 660 cGy/h. sensory motor areas studied throughout life after radiation using traditional neuromorphological, histochemical, statistical methods, followed by mathematical modeling obtained evaluation criteria. Results Despite peculiarities regimes all them did not cause statistically significant functionally different cortex. Throughout entire period, both control experimental animals, phase stochastic observed various neuromorphological indicators state nerve cells, which, as rule, had borderline character, level significance fluctuated relation within insignificant limits. At same time, change some parameters more influenced or while others time. With combined effect factor duration most corresponded age control. Conclusion Statistically under considered modes up revealed.
